DVC Resale Listings: Available Disney Vacation Club Contracts (71)
71DVC Sales listings
By Mark Webb, Licensed Real Estate Broker | Last Updated: October 2026
866 DVC resale listings in one place:
our own contracts plus every listing we track from 10 other DVC brokers, updated daily.
Browse all available DVC resale contracts across all 17 Disney Vacation Club resorts. Use the filters on the left to narrow results by resort,
point size, and use year. Each listing shows current-year point availability and our Value Score ranks every contract so you can spot the best deals at a glance. DVCSales charges just 6.9% commission, the
lowest rate in the DVC resale industry. Click “View” on any listing to see full contract details, point charts,
and estimated closing costs. Not sure how many points you need? Use our DVC point calculator. Want to understand what’s included? Read our guide on DVC resale restrictions.

Assumes a 95 percent offer, all currently available points rented, and a sale next year once the fresh allocation has arrived, at our RVC appraised value regardless of what the investor paid. Dues reimbursement flows both ways: the investor reimburses the seller for the points received, and the next buyer reimburses the investor for the full new allocation. One year of dues included. DVC Resale: Buying Disney Vacation Club on the Secondary Market
Everything you need to know before you buy a DVC resale contract, from savings and restrictions to the closing process.
What is DVC resale?
DVC resale is the purchase of a Disney Vacation Club membership from a current owner rather than directly from Disney. The contract is the same deeded real estate interest either way, with the same rooms, the same booking windows, and the same reservation system. The difference is price. Buying on the resale market typically saves 40 to 60 percent compared to Disney's direct pricing, which on a mid sized contract can mean twenty thousand dollars or more back in your pocket. Fourteen DVC resorts are available to resale buyers, from Saratoga Springs and Old Key West to the Grand Floridian and the Polynesian.
How the DVC resale market works
You browse active listings, make an offer, and once the seller accepts, the contract enters a real estate closing. Disney has 30 days to exercise its Right of First Refusal, meaning it can buy the contract at your agreed price instead of letting the sale proceed. Most fairly priced contracts pass without issue. After that, the title company prepares the deed and Disney transfers the membership into your name. A typical DVC resale closing runs about 45 days from accepted offer to a fully transferred membership. You can estimate any contract's value in seconds with our DVC resale value calculator, or see how the aftermarket compares to Disney's prices on our resale vs direct comparison.
What to know about resale restrictions
Resale buyers keep the two things that matter most, the 11 month home resort booking advantage and the 7 month window to book across the network of unrestricted resorts. What resale contracts give up are certain member extras such as Moonlight Magic events, the Disney Collection exchanges, and some merchandise discounts. Three newer resorts, Riviera, Fort Wilderness Cabins, and the Disneyland Hotel Villas, can only be booked back at that same home resort when bought on the secondary market. Our full breakdown of what you keep and what you lose is on the DVC resale restrictions page.
What buyers pay
Buyers pay Estimated Closing Costs and Disney's $500 Club Activation Fee (CAF). We never charge buyers a broker fee. Ongoing, every membership carries annual dues, which you can compare by resort on our DVC annual dues page. Financing is available and approvals usually come back in under an hour.
How DVC points work: Use Year, banking, and borrowing
Every DVC membership is measured in annual Vacation Points tied to a Use Year, the 12 month period your points belong to. During the first 8 months of a Use Year you can bank 100 percent of your points into the next year, and you can also borrow points from the next Use Year to use now. Between banking and borrowing, a member can hold up to three years of points at one time, which makes it easy to save toward a larger room or a longer stay. When you compare the listings above, look at how many points are already available for the current and coming years, because a contract loaded with points has real value the day it closes.
Choosing your home resort
Your home resort is where your points are deeded, and it gives you an 11 month booking advantage there before the 7 month window opens at every other resort in the network. If you have a favorite resort and travel at a busy time of year, owning that resort on resale is the most reliable way to book the room you want. Contract end dates also vary, from 2042 at Old Key West to 2070 at the Riviera Resort, so a longer contract gives you more years of vacations from the same purchase. Use the resort filters above to compare price per point, points available, and Use Year side by side.
What to check before you make an offer
Four details decide what a resale contract is really worth. First, the points available now and in the coming Use Years, since a stripped contract with no current points is worth less than a fully loaded one. Second, the annual dues for that resort, which you pay every year you own. Third, whether the seller has any pending reservations or has already used the current year's points. Fourth, the closing costs and the one time Disney Club Activation Fee. Every listing above shows these details, and our team will walk you through any contract before you commit.
Why buy through a licensed broker
A DVC resale purchase is a real estate transaction with a recorded deed, so it deserves to be handled like one. A licensed real estate broker makes sure your offer, your purchase agreement, your escrow, and your title work are all done correctly, and that Disney's Right of First Refusal is submitted and tracked for you. DVCSales is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage founded by former Disney Vacation Club Cast Members, and we never charge buyers a fee. Every contract above comes from a verified member, and our team is available 7 days a week to answer your questions before you make an offer.
Thinking of selling instead?
If you already own and want to sell, DVCSales lists contracts at a 6.9 percent commission, the lowest in the industry, with no upfront fees, and most contracts sell in about 30 days. Start with a free appraisal on our sell your DVC page.
Frequently Asked Questions About Buying DVC Resale
How do I buy a DVC resale contract?
Start by browsing the listings above and selecting a contract that fits your vacation needs. Once you
find the right match, submit an offer through our site. If the seller accepts, the contract enters
Disney’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) review period, which typically lasts about 30 days.
After ROFR passes, the sale moves to closing, usually an additional 30 to 45 days for
title search, document preparation, and final transfer. DVCSales charges only
6.9% commission, the lowest in the industry, so both buyers and sellers benefit.
What is ROFR (Right of First Refusal)?
ROFR stands for Right of First Refusal, it is Disney’s contractual right to purchase any
DVC resale contract at the agreed-upon price before the sale can proceed to a third-party buyer. After
buyer and seller reach an agreement, the contract is submitted to Disney, who has approximately
30 days to decide. If Disney chooses to “exercise” ROFR, they buy the contract
themselves and the buyer receives a full refund of any deposit. If Disney “waives” ROFR
(passes on the purchase), the sale proceeds to closing as planned. Historically, Disney is more likely
to exercise ROFR on contracts priced well below market value.
How long does the DVC resale closing process take?
From accepted offer to membership activation, the entire DVC resale process typically takes
60 to 90 days. The timeline breaks down into two main phases: the ROFR review
period (~30 days) and the closing process (~30 to 45 days). During closing, the title
company performs a title search, Disney issues an estoppel letter confirming the contract details,
closing documents are prepared and signed, and the deed is recorded with the county. Once the deed is
recorded, Disney transfers the membership into the buyer’s name, usually within
1 to 2 weeks.
What’s included in a DVC resale contract?
A DVC resale contract is a deeded real-estate interest that includes a specific number of annual
vacation points at a designated home resort, with a specific use year (the 12-month period in which
your points become available). As a resale owner, you receive all core DVC membership benefits:
booking at any DVC resort within the network, the ability to bank unused points forward or borrow
from the next year, access to the DVC member website for reservations and account management, and
discounts on Disney dining, merchandise, and more. Note that certain perks, such as Member
Cruises, Adventures by Disney discounts, and the ability to exchange into non-DVC resorts through the
current exchange program, are restricted to direct-purchase members.
Why is DVCSales’ commission only 6.9%?
DVCSales operates with significantly lower overhead than traditional DVC brokerages. We’ve built
a streamlined, technology-driven platform that reduces administrative costs and passes those savings
directly to our clients. The result is a 6.9% commission rate, compared to the
8.5% to 10% charged by most competitors. For sellers, that means thousands more dollars in their
pocket on every transaction. For buyers, it means sellers are more willing to accept competitive offers
because they’re already saving on commission. It’s a win-win that has made DVCSales one of
the fastest-growing DVC resale brokerages.

Mark was a great guy to work with while successfully selling my 6 DVC contracts. He definitely knows the DVC business well. He always responded very quickly any time I had questions or needed help with any part of the sales process. He works very hard to earn his commission, especially considering that he has the lowest one around. He is up front about everything with no hidden surprises. I would obviously not hesitate to use his services again.

Mark was incredible about helping us with any questions we had during the process of purchasing our first DVC contract. Mark helped us navigate all aspects from making our offer all the way to the close of the deal and getting our points loaded up. We would certainly buy more points here in the future! I highly recommend him and his team.

We are DVC members since 2004. Mark and Lori Webb are truly amazing. We have sold and purchased two DVC contracts, Boardwalk and Copper Creek. The process from beginning to end was seamless. It could not have gone any smoother. They both made us so comfortable. They were available 24/7 and returned calls quickly. The whole office staff was efficient and answered all our questions. It was a Magical Experience! Thank you so much!! Ed and Gale Liddell

I had a great experience selling my Grand Floridian contract. Mark was super helpful and easy to get in touch with when needed. The website was easy to use and handled the process seamlessly. It was nice to be able to check in on the status tracker. Closing went smoothly and a lot faster than I expected. All around a great experience. I highly recommend DVC Sales!

Very happy with all aspects of working with DVC Sales and this is the second time of using them! Their website is clear and user-friendly and as international sellers, the information on FIRPTA was hugely helpful, particularly the links to all the forms. The whole process from start to finish has been seamless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other sellers as a highly professional company. Thank you Mark!
