Background
I co-own DVC Sales with Mark Webb. My focus is on the operational side of the business: making sure every transaction runs smoothly from the moment a contract goes under agreement to the day the deed is recorded and Disney transfers the membership.
Before DVC Sales, I spent years working alongside Mark in the Disney Vacation Club world. That background means I understand how every piece of the resale process connects, from the title company paperwork to Disney's ROFR review to the final wire transfer.
What I Handle at DVC Sales
I manage the day-to-day operations: client communications, closing coordination, document review, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between offer acceptance and closing day. When you're under contract with DVC Sales, I'm the person making sure your timeline stays on track.
I also oversee our client verification process and account setup. Every new account goes through a verification step to protect both buyers and sellers. That's something I take seriously because trust is the foundation of what we do.
