Background
I started selling directly for the Disney Vacation Club in 1993. Spent 23 years on the inside before opening DVC Sales in 2016. That experience gave me a clear picture of how contracts work, what drives pricing, and what matters most to families buying and selling DVC.
DVC Sales is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage based in Winter Garden, just outside Orlando. We handle every part of the resale process from listing to closing, and we charge 6.9% commission, the lowest rate in the industry.
What I Do at DVC Sales
I oversee every transaction that comes through DVC Sales. That includes reviewing listings, monitoring pricing across the resale market, and making sure buyers and sellers have the information they need to make good decisions.
I built the tools on this site because I got tired of watching families overpay or underprice their contracts. The Resale Value Calculator, the Market Report, and the Compare Prices tool all use real-time data from every major DVC broker. No guessing.
Every article, FAQ, and guide on this site is reviewed by me for accuracy. The DVC market changes constantly, and outdated information costs people money. If the numbers are wrong, I fix them.
