Florida Statute 475.278(1)(b) requires brokers to present all offers to a seller unless the seller instructs otherwise. By setting a minimum offer price in their account, a seller is directing DVC Sales not to forward offers below that amount. DVC Sales is not liable for offers withheld under those instructions. Sellers may change or remove their minimum at any time.
— Title Company Recommendations
DVCSales.com may recommend title companies with DVC resale experience. We receive no compensation from any title company we recommend, and your choice of title company has no effect on our fees or level of service. Buyers who select a title company other than one we recommend will be asked to sign a disclosure acknowledging that our recommendation was declined.
— Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
— Prior Offer Service Fee
Buyers should only submit an offer they are prepared to follow through on if accepted. When a Buyer's offer is accepted by a seller and the Buyer does not sign the purchase agreement, a service fee of $100 to $250 may be applied to the Buyer's next closing through DVC Sales, LLC.
