Creating Your DVC Sales Account
Creating an account on DVC Sales takes about two minutes. Go to the registration page and enter your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. You'll verify your email before your account is fully active. Once it's confirmed, you can list a contract for sale, browse listings, or submit offers on existing inventory.
If you're a seller, you'll set up your listing details after registration. If you're a buyer, you can start browsing the DVC resale listings immediately after creating your account.
Completing Your Profile
A complete profile helps us process transactions faster. Make sure your full legal name matches the name on your DVC deed. If your contract is titled in two names, both owners should be listed on your account. If your contract is held in a trust or LLC, note that in your profile. The name on your account affects how closing documents are prepared, so accuracy here prevents delays later.
Sellers should also add their phone number and confirm their mailing address. The title company uses both during the closing process.
Account Security
Use a strong, unique password for your DVC Sales account. Don't reuse a password you use elsewhere. Your account contains personal information and transaction details, so it's worth treating it carefully.
DVC Sales staff will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. If you receive a message claiming to be from DVC Sales and asking for your login credentials, don't respond. Contact us directly through the contact page to verify.
If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, change your password immediately and contact our team. We can review the login history on our end.
Managing Your Account
You can update your contact information, email address, and password at any time from your account settings. If your legal name changes, contact us directly rather than updating it yourself. Name changes on accounts with active listings or open transactions need to be reviewed to make sure everything stays aligned with your closing documents.
To add or update a co-owner (such as a spouse) on your account, log in and go to your profile settings. If you have an active transaction and need to add a co-owner partway through, contact us first so we can coordinate with the title company.
What Can Disable Your Account
Accounts can be temporarily restricted for a few reasons: failed email verification, inactivity over an extended period, a payment issue on an active transaction, or a policy concern flagged during review. If your account is restricted and you're not sure why, reach out through the contact page with your registered email and we'll explain the status and how to restore access.
If you're locked out because you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the login page. The reset link goes to your registered email address.
Getting Support
For questions about a listing, offer, or active transaction, the fastest route is the contact form on our contact page. Include your account email and a brief description of what you need help with, and our team will respond during business hours.
