Grand Floridian Restaurants: Complete Dining Guide

SHARE:

Disney Grand Floridian Resort exterior from Seven Seas Lagoon

If you own DVC points at the Grand Floridian — or you're staying there on a resale contract from the Beach Club or Wilderness Lodge — you're within easy reach of the best restaurant lineup on Walt Disney World property. Dining at the Grand Floridian covers every tier: a world-class prix fixe that rivals any restaurant in Florida, two serious fine-dining rooms, a character buffet for families, a casual all-day cafe, a Beauty and the Beast themed lounge, and a 24-hour quick service window that saves you when the parks close late. This guide breaks down every option so you can plan reservations and spend your dining budget wisely.

Grand Floridian Restaurants at a Glance

Here's the full lineup organized by type:

  • Signature / Fine Dining: Victoria & Albert's, Citricos, Narcoossee's
  • Character Dining: 1900 Park Fare
  • Casual Table Service: Grand Floridian Cafe, Garden View Tea Room
  • Lounge: Enchanted Rose
  • Quick Service: Gasparilla Island Grill (24 hours)

Signature Dining at the Grand Floridian

Victoria & Albert's

Victoria & Albert's is the most prestigious restaurant in all of Walt Disney World, and it's not close. It holds a AAA Five Diamond rating, serves a multi-course prix fixe menu starting at $250 per person, and operates at a level you won't find anywhere else on Disney property. The dining room is small and intimate. There's no rushing through courses. Service is formal without being stiff. The kitchen changes the menu regularly, and the wine pairings are serious.

Getting a reservation is its own challenge. Tables open at 60 days and they go fast — plan to log into your Disney account the moment the window opens. If you're celebrating something significant, this is the restaurant. If you're bringing kids, it's adults only. Budget an evening and expect to spend it entirely at the table, which is exactly the point.

Citricos

Citricos sits at the top tier of grand floridian disney dining without the formality of Victoria & Albert's. The menu draws from Mediterranean and European flavors — think duck, lamb, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce — with a wine list that matches. The room overlooks the resort gardens, which makes it one of the better views in the building. They offer both prix fixe and a la carte, so you can spend what makes sense for your trip.

Reservations are easier to get than Victoria & Albert's but still book up weeks in advance, especially on weekends. If you're staying at the Grand Floridian on a DVC stay, Citricos is a strong choice for a nice dinner without committing to a full tasting menu experience. Dress code is smart casual.

Narcoossee's

Narcoossee's sits on the edge of Seven Seas Lagoon in its own octagonal building, which gives it a waterfront feel that no other Grand Floridian restaurant can match. The menu focuses on seafood — oysters, lobster, fish, scallops — with steaks and other options alongside. The view of Magic Kingdom fireworks from the waterside tables is one of the best anywhere on property without actually being in the park.

Dinner at the Grand Floridian doesn't get more scenic than this. Request a waterside table when you book and confirm it when you arrive. Narcoossee's also tends to have slightly more reservation availability than Citricos, partly because of the larger room. It's a good option if you strike out on a Citricos reservation — and the fireworks view makes it worth booking on its own merits.

1900 Park Fare

1900 Park Fare runs character dining twice a day: a breakfast buffet with Cinderella and friends, and a dinner buffet with the stepsisters, Lady Tremaine, and Prince Charming. The food is a solid all-you-care-to-eat spread, but the main draw is the character interaction — especially for families with young kids who want close-up time with Cinderella's story outside the parks.

The dinner experience in particular is more relaxed than character meals inside the parks, where the crowds and heat add stress. Here you're seated, the characters come to you, and you have time to actually talk and take photos. Reservations fill up, but they're easier to secure than Victoria & Albert's. Worth booking well ahead if you're traveling with children who care about the Cinderella characters.

Casual and Quick Service Options

Grand Floridian Cafe

The Grand Floridian Cafe is the everyday dining option in the resort — open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a classic American menu. Eggs Benedict and waffles in the morning, burgers and sandwiches at midday, roasted chicken and salmon at dinner. The food is consistently good and the room is comfortable. Reservations are available but easier to get on short notice than the signature restaurants, and they do accept walk-ins when space allows. If you want a sit-down meal without advance planning, this is where to go.

Garden View Tea Room

The Garden View Tea Room serves traditional afternoon tea on selected days, with finger sandwiches, scones, pastries, and a long list of teas. It's a quieter, more leisurely experience than most of what's available at the resort. Reservations are required. It's not for everyone, but if afternoon tea fits your travel style, the setting overlooking the garden terrace is genuinely beautiful.

Enchanted Rose Lounge

The Enchanted Rose is a Beauty and the Beast themed lounge inside the Grand Floridian with signature cocktails, a beer and wine list, and light bites. No reservations required. The theming is detailed and the cocktails are among the better ones on property — this is a step above a typical hotel bar. It's a good option for a nightcap after dinner or an early evening drink before a reservation. Walk-in only, so arrive early on busy nights.

Gasparilla Island Grill

Gasparilla Island Grill is the 24-hour quick service window at the Grand Floridian. Pizza, burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items, snacks, and grab-and-go options around the clock. It's not exciting, but it's practical — especially for early park mornings, late returns, or kids who need food on a schedule that doesn't match a dining reservation. Mobile order is available.

Tips for DVC Owners Dining at the Grand Floridian

  • Book at 60 days. Disney dining reservations open 60 days before your check-in date. For Victoria & Albert's and Narcoossee's during peak weeks, log in the moment that window opens. Citricos and 1900 Park Fare have a little more flexibility, but still book early.
  • DVC resale does not include the Disney Dining Plan. The Dining Plan is a perk available only to direct-purchase DVC members, not resale buyers. If you bought your points on the resale market, you'll pay out of pocket for all dining. Budget accordingly, especially if you're planning a night at Victoria & Albert's.
  • Use Enchanted Rose for no-reservation dining. If your plans shift or you missed a reservation window, the Enchanted Rose is the most pleasant walk-in option in the building. The food is light, but the atmosphere is worth it.
  • Monorail access helps nearby resort guests. If you're staying at the Contemporary or Polynesian on DVC points, the Grand Floridian is one monorail stop away. You don't need to be a guest of the resort to dine here, which makes the entire dining lineup accessible from any Magic Kingdom area DVC property.
  • Narcoossee's fireworks timing. The Magic Kingdom fireworks typically run at 9pm or 10pm depending on the season. Call ahead or check the My Disney Experience app to confirm timing and request a waterside table when booking.

If you're considering buying DVC resale points at the Grand Floridian, browse current listings on our marketplace. The resort's dining lineup is one of the strongest reasons to own points here — and on the resale market, Grand Floridian contracts come in at a fraction of the direct price.

We want to thank the staff at DVC Sales for their great help and outstanding service while our family purchased our Vero Beach contract. We spoke with Mark Webb who helped us submit our offer. Within the week, the transaction was closed.

Mark was a great guy to work with while successfully selling my 6 DVC contracts. He definitely knows the DVC business well. He always responded very quickly any time I had questions or needed help with any part of the sales process. He works very hard to earn his commission, especially considering that he has the lowest one around. He is up front about everything with no hidden surprises. I would obviously not hesitate to use his services again.

Mark was incredible about helping us with any questions we had during the process of purchasing our first DVC contract. Mark helped us navigate all aspects from making our offer all the way to the close of the deal and getting our points loaded up. We would certainly buy more points here in the future! I highly recommend him and his team.

We are DVC members since 2004. Mark and Lori Webb are truly amazing. We have sold and purchased two DVC contracts, Boardwalk and Copper Creek. The process from beginning to end was seamless. It could not have gone any smoother. They both made us so comfortable. They were available 24/7 and returned calls quickly. The whole office staff was efficient and answered all our questions. It was a Magical Experience! Thank you so much!! Ed and Gale Liddell

Very happy with all aspects of working with DVC Sales and this is the second time of using them! Their website is clear and user-friendly and as international sellers, the information on FIRPTA was hugely helpful, particularly the links to all the forms. The whole process from start to finish has been seamless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other sellers as a highly professional company. Thank you Mark!
