Contracts expire in 2074, which at 48 years is the longest DVC deed period available anywhere. Resale prices currently sit at $160 to $190 per point, and annual dues run around $10.54 per point.
This is a restricted resort. If you buy on resale, you can book at the Disneyland Hotel and other DVC properties, but you can't book unrestricted Walt Disney World resorts at the 7-month window. That restriction is a deal-breaker for some buyers and a non-issue for others, depending on where you actually want to vacation.
Very few Disneyland Hotel contracts come up for resale because the resort just launched and most original buyers are still using their points.
