BoardWalk DVC Room Types
BoardWalk Villas completed a major room renovation in 2023-2024, and all DVC rooms now feature updated finishes, improved storage, and a refreshed coastal design. Studios sleep up to 5 guests and include a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Studios have one queen bed, a queen-size fold-down bed (Murphy bed), and a single pull-out sleeper. They are approximately 350 square feet. The studio layout was significantly improved during the renovation with better closet space and USB charging ports.
One-bedroom villas sleep 4-5 guests and include a full kitchen with a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. One-bedrooms are approximately 700 square feet. Two-bedroom villas sleep 8-9 guests by combining a one-bedroom with an adjoining studio, giving you roughly 1,050 square feet, two bathrooms, and the full kitchen. Grand Villas are approximately 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining table for eight, and a washer/dryer.
Room views are divided into Standard View (parking lot, roof, or interior courtyard) and BoardWalk/Garden View (overlooking the BoardWalk promenade, Crescent Lake, or the resort gardens).
