My DVC Resale offer is no longer visible?

DVC resale – Explore magical Disney resorts and adventures.

Why Your DVC Resale Offer Is No Longer Visible

If you log in to your DVC Sales account and an offer you submitted isn't showing where you expected to find it, there are a few possible explanations. In most cases, the offer isn't gone. It has moved to a different part of your account, or its status has changed in a way that affects where it displays. Here's how to track down what happened.

Your Offer Was Accepted and Moved to Agreements

The most common reason an offer seems to disappear is that the seller accepted it. When a seller accepts your offer, the transaction moves out of the offers section and into the agreements section of your account. Look for a tab or section labeled "My Agreements" in your dashboard. Your accepted offer will be there, now shown as a purchase agreement rather than a pending offer.

This is a good thing. It means you have a contract. You'll need to review and sign the purchase agreement, then submit your deposit. But the offer itself is no longer relevant once it's accepted and converted into a formal agreement.

Your Offer Expired

Every offer submitted through DVC Sales has an expiration window. If the seller didn't respond within the specified timeframe, the offer expired automatically. Expired offers typically move out of the active offers view and may be archived or removed from the main display.

If your offer expired, you can submit a new one on the same listing if it's still active. The expired offer doesn't prevent you from making another attempt. In some cases, a seller who didn't respond in time may still be interested, and a second offer at a slightly adjusted price can sometimes get more attention than the first one.

Your Offer Was Declined

If the seller declined your offer, you should have received a notification by email and in your dashboard. Declined offers are typically archived or shown under a closed or inactive section rather than in the active offers view. This is just the platform keeping your active queue clean. The offer isn't erased from history, but it won't appear in your main offers view once it's closed.

If the listing is still active after your decline, you're free to make a new offer. Some purchasers come back with a higher price after an initial decline. Others move on to different listings. Either approach is valid.

The Listing Was Removed

Occasionally, a seller removes their listing before responding to any pending offers. This can happen if they decide not to sell, if they received an offer through a different channel, or if there was an issue with the listing that required it to be taken down temporarily.

If a listing is removed while your offer is pending, your offer typically becomes inactive at the same time. You may not receive a specific notification about this. If you notice an offer has disappeared and you're not sure why, contact DVC Sales. We can tell you whether the listing is still available and what happened to your offer.

A Technical Glitch in Your Account View

Less commonly, a display issue in your browser or account can make offers appear to be missing when they're actually still in the system. If you can't find an offer and none of the above explanations seem to fit, try refreshing your page, clearing your browser cache, or logging out and back in. These simple steps resolve most display issues.

If the offer still doesn't appear after that, contact the DVC Sales team. We can look up the offer status on our end and tell you exactly where it stands.

How to Stay on Top of Your Offers

The best way to avoid confusion about offer status is to check your dashboard regularly and make sure your account email address is current. All offer-related notifications go to your registered email. If you've changed your email address since creating your account and haven't updated it, you may be missing notifications that explain what's happening with your offers.

Also, pay attention to the expiration windows on active offers. If an offer is about to expire and you haven't heard from the seller, consider whether you want to contact DVC Sales to follow up before the window closes. An expired offer that both sides were interested in continuing is easy to restart, but it does add time to the process.

Making a New Offer

If your original offer is no longer viable for any reason and the listing is still active, you can submit a fresh offer. Think about whether the price, terms, or timing of your new offer might address whatever caused the original to stall. Sometimes a small increase in price per point, or a more accommodating position on points banking, is enough to get a seller to engage more seriously.

If you'd like guidance on what a competitive offer looks like for a specific contract, contact the DVC Sales team. We follow the market closely and can give you an honest read on pricing without any pressure. Our goal is to get you into the right contract at the right price, and we're happy to help you calibrate an offer that has a realistic chance of being accepted.

Browse all currently active DVC resale listings to see what's available, and visit our how DVC works page for a full overview of the offer and closing process. If you want to compare resale pricing against what Disney charges directly, our DVC compare prices page has that information in a clear side-by-side format.

I’ve dealt with Mark for over 20 years, he’s always available to answer my silly questions, and give honest advice, even if it’s to his detriment. When the time comes to sell, Mark will be my first call.

Mitzi and I couldn't have had a more positive experience as the one which we had, in selling some of our DVC points through DVC Sales with Mark and Lori Webb. and their staff. The whole process was transparent, seamless and we were being fully briefed as to the. progress. Thanks to Mark we were kept aware as to what was happening with the listing, with the ROFR bu Disney, and with the closing process completed, all in a short months' time. We couldn't have asked for a better group than DVC Sales for the sale. they were honest . amd truly caring on our behalf. Mitzi and Lee Tucholski

Just sold some of my points and Mark and Lori were wonderful. I’m very, very happy with the experience. I got an excellent price and now someone else gets to enjoy just a bit more of DVC. The website is great to work with too. I will always use DVC Sales and encourage you to do the same.

Foreign sellers, beware; they will not provide correct information to you about what you can expect when selling. They also, at the end of the process, hit you with fees you did not expect, and you are too late to do anything about it.

I could not imagine being happier with my experience using DVC Sales to sell our Old Key West membership. We enjoyed so many years of Disney vacations. While on your website I started a chat that turned into a call with Lori. She took the time to explain how the website works. Within a few minutes I had created my account and listed my membership for sale. Within 3-4 weeks we received an offer and sold our membership. Thankyou Lori and DVC Sales!

Mark, today we have just received the last check for our 4th contract you sold for us. Our experience was outstanding you deserve the acknowledgement for your service. You remind me of the way customers were treated years ago. Everybody we spoke with or chatted online was friendly and helpful. Although the process took a few months, it was worth the wait. We hope the families who purchased on contracts have as much enjoyment as we have had. If anyone is looking to buy or sell a DVC membership you can use our name. Thank you again!
