We want to thank the staff at DVC Sales for their great help and outstanding service while our family purchased our Vero Beach contract. Within 2-3 weeks of submitting our special request we receive an email notification we had a match. We spoke with Mark Webb who helps us submit our offer. After some back and forth we were signing a contract. Cammy Smith at Mason Title was our title agent and send us our closing documents within a few days of receiving notification from Disney they were not buying the contract. Within the week, the transaction was closed and Disney was notified we were the new members. Today, about three weeks later we received our welcome letter from Disney. We are now looking forward to a family beach vacation. We would recommend using dvcsales.com to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a DVC membership. Thank you, Mark.

Back in 1996, my husband Tom and I heard about the Disney Vacation Club from a fellow teacher. He referred us to his sales person, Mark Webb. Mark told us all about DVC on the phone, and we ended up buying 210 points at Old Key West, even though we had never seen the resort! Since then, our Disney Vacations have never been the same! Now that our family is bigger, we’ve added more points, because we often take our kids and grandkids with us. We often stop in to say hello to Mark, and he has always taken the time to visit with us. Throughout the past 25+ years my family enjoyed the benefits and value of DVC membership. The paperwork was so easy, transactions were a snap and the only problem we had to deal with was the extra-long ROFR wait. It was a difficult decision, but my husband and I decided to sell our DVC contract after being members for more than 10 years. With one son in college and another son heading away in the fall, we felt this was the best decision for our family. Lori explained the whole process and kept us in the loop from start to finish. Talk about luck of the draw – Mark was the sales associate I met on my 2012 trip to Disney. I was a little interested in DVC and Mark told me all about it. He explained it perfectly, answered all my questions and gave me lots of options. I never felt pressured and trusted him right away. A few years after my initial purchase, I decided to buy some more points and talked directly with Mark. Again, he listened to me and provided some options. You see, I’m a caregiver and have been for almost 10 years now. DVC gives me the opportunity to get away and I absolutely love it! This was our first DVC purchase and your company made so easy and stress-free. We poured over reading all the details on your site with the facts and explanations of each aspect of the membership. Even after reading I still had questions and was impressed when I call how I got all my questions answered and never felt rushed or put off in any way. We received timely email explain what step of the process we were in and what to expect next. We were somewhat nervous before we started exploring DVC ownership. We have just received our welcome letter from Disney and feel like we are part of the club. We'll be back to DVC Sales for our next contract!

My husband and I listed our four DVC contracts with DVC Sales. We were very pleased with how quickly they were sold, but as importantly for the price and being reimbursed for this year�s annual dues. We received separate email with updates on each contract. All four contracts were sold on different days and to different people, so we had a lot of paperwork but being online made some of the work easier. I would highly recommend everyone to use DVC Sales who is interested in buying into or selling off a DVC membership!

I purchased an add-on contract at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort with the help of Mark at DVC Sales. He made it so easy, and his customer service was outstanding. Just what you would expect from a Disney employee. I communicated with him for two months answering my questions, helping me submitting my offer and finally we signed a contract. Should we need more points, I would buy from him again.

We want to thank DVC Sales for their great help and outstanding service helping my family purchase our Vero Beach contract. Within 2 weeks of submitting our special request we receive a notification of a match. We contacted Mark Webb who helps us submit our offer and after a little negotiating we were signing a contract. Just what we wanted. Cammy Smith at Mason Title was our title agent and send us our closing documents within a few days of receiving notification from Disney they were not buying the contract. Within three weeks we had closed and received our welcome letter from Disney. We are not looking forward to a family beach vacation.
