The All-Star Sports resort is reopening

Have you been planning to spend your vacations at the Disney All-Star Sports Resort?

Well, we have good news for you. Disney has announced plans to reopen the All-Star Sports Resort on March 31 of this year.

The pandemic forced everything into closure including all the Disney parks and their resorts. The All-Star Sports Resort was stopped 18 months ago and since hasn’t opened back up. However, finally, we see some progress happening.

Future prospects of Disney’s reopening phase

Disney is slowly continuing all the activities that got closed earlier due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The All-Star Sports Resort will start hosting visitors from March 31 onwards. The reservations for the resort started back in December with people rushing to the website to get reservations for their families.

Of all the hotels that were closed due to the pandemic, the Disney All-Star Sports Resort is the last to reopen. The other two All-star resorts were opened last year one after another.

Disney is on a campaign to bring all the activities back. Previously few of the hotels and resorts were opened for visitors. However, the reopening of the All-Star Sports resort will set things in motion and hopefully, we will see Disney World coming back to life.

This will create huge demand for DVC points with more people willing to buy DVC points. If you got some extra DVC points that you do not plan to use then this is the best time to sell them. What’s so special about the All-Star Resort trio

The Disney All-Star Sports Resort is part of the Disney All-star resort trio, with the other two being Disney’s All-Star Music and Disney’s All-Star Movies. These DVC resorts are close to Disney's Animal kingdom.

Before the closure, these resorts hosted thousands of guests year-round. It was not any less of a miracle if you managed to get even a single room reserved during the Holiday season. All three hotels are based on certain themes as suggested by their names.

The All-star Sports Resort has an exclusive theme dedicated to all competitive sports. The resort features a baseball-themed grand slam water pool and a full football field.

The All-star resort also has a huge football helmet placed at the premise for ornamental purposes. Furthermore, to provide that strong sporty vibe as Disney initially promised, the resort also has all the characters of Donald Duck as statues playing tennis.

Overall Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is an ideal vacation spot for sports fans, young or old. Reservations for the Resort have already started and you can secure a room for your family through Disney's website.

Bottom Line

The Disney world is going full swing with all the activities coming back. The reopening of the last Disney resort provides you with an ideal opportunity to execute a memorable vacation for your family. To buy DVC points, visit our Listings page to compare various DVC resales easily.
