I could not imagine being happier with my experience using DVC Sales to sell our Old Key West membership. We enjoyed so many years of Disney vacations. We want to thank the staff at DVC Sales for their great help and outstanding service while our family purchased our Vero Beach contract. Within 2-3 weeks of submitting our special request we receive an email notification we had a match. We spoke with Mark Webb who helps us submit our offer. After some back and forth we were signing a contract. Cammy Smith at Mason Title was our title agent and send us our closing documents within a few days of receiving notification from Disney they were not buying the contract. Within the week, the transaction was closed and Disney was notified we were the new members. Today, about three weeks later we received our welcome letter from Disney. We are now looking forward to a family beach vacation. We would recommend using dvcsales.com to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a DVC membership. Thank you, Mark.

Back in 1996, my husband Tom and I heard about the Disney Vacation Club from a fellow teacher. He referred us to his sales person, Mark Webb. Mark told us all about DVC on the phone, and we ended up buying 210 points at Old Key West, even though we had never seen the resort! Since then, our Disney Vacations have never been the same! Now that our family is bigger, we’ve added more points, because we often take our kids and grandkids with us. We often stop in to say hello to Mark, and he has always taken the time to visit with us. We were a bit sad to hear he had left Disney, but feel sure he will be successful in whatever he does. Best of luck to you, Mark!

Throughout the past 25+ years my family enjoyed the benefits and value of DVC membership. It was a difficult decision, but my husband and I decided to sell our DVC contract after being members for more than 10 years. With one son in college and another son heading away in the fall, we felt this was the best decision for our family. Lori explained the whole process and kept us in the loop from start to finish. Talk about luck of the draw – Mark was the sales associate I met on my 2012 trip to Disney. I was a little interested in DVC and Mark told me all about it. He explained it perfectly, answered all my questions and gave me lots of options. I never felt pressured and trusted him right away. A few years after my initial purchase, I decided to buy some more points and talked directly with Mark. Again, he listened to me and provided some options. You see, I’m a caregiver and have been for almost 10 years now. DVC gives me the opportunity to get away and I absolutely love it! When Mark said he was going to go out on his own with resale, I was ecstatic! I knew I had someone to talk to about more points if I wanted them and if I ever did want to sell (or had to) in the future, I would have someone I could trust. DVC Sales sold the four DVC contracts within two weeks. We were quite happy to make a profit. DVC Sales is the best in the business in my opinion. They know their stuff and know how to do business!

It has been a pleasure working with you Lori, helping our family purchase our Polynesian membership was a smooth process. We were worried as Canadians it may complicate the process. It did not. Happy to report we were wrong. Now just waiting for Disney to setup our account so we can make our first reservation as Disney Vacation Club members.

We want to thank DVC Sales for their great help and outstanding service helping my family purchase our Vero Beach contract. Within 2 weeks of submitting our special request we receive a notification of a match. We contacted Mark Webb who helps us submit our offer and after a little negotiating we were signing a contract. Just what we wanted. Cammy Smith at Mason Title was our title agent and send us our closing documents within a few days of receiving notification from Disney they were not buying the contract. Within three weeks we had closed and received our welcome letter from Disney. We are not looking forward to a family beach vacation. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them for either a purchase or selling. Thank you, DVC Sales!

Mark did a terrific job selling our DVC contract. As a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years, I was impressed how Mark kept the closing on schedule. Much of the process was automated. Over the course of a few weeks our family purchased two contracts with DVC Sales and extremely satisfied. DVC Sales is a gave us professional service and each of the two purchases seem to progress with no delays. Communication was timely and we felt informed while waiting for the closing date. DVC Sales is the company we feel anyone interested in joining DVC Sales should use for research, statistical data and then to make an informed purchase. Mark Webb was outstanding to work with. We fell into the just over 10% of contracts that Disney bought back YTD, not once, but twice. Each time, Mark helped us select a new opportunity and stayed with us throughout. He took care of us then and good care of us now. We enjoyed our membership for many years. As our needs changed, this money will be spent on the next chapter of our life. Fantastic working with DVC Sales and Lori in particular. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patience. I had a lot of questions. Beyond happy! We had a small Old Key West contract that we needed to sell. Your advice to ask above market value was a welcome surprise. What was even a greater surprise was your call later that same day that it sold for full price. Some day we will call you to purchase again.
